WSF Scaling to Provide More Children’s Education in Kenya

Children’s education in Kenya and beyond is one of our critical focal points. We talk all the time about our mission is helping create a world where every child gets a great education.  To us these are not just words.  To us this is a call to action on a challenge that must be solved.

Your Sponsorship is Giving Children in Kenya Hope

Since 2012 WSF has sponsored 79 scholarships to empower Kenyan children with education.  This includes high school, university, and vocational schools.  We have built a successful business model that includes two key items:

1 – Two full time, university graduate staff on the ground in Kenya who are totally engaged in the lives of our students.

2 – Our commitment to divide all money equally between girls and boy’s education.

We are providing a service that is much more than paying school fees.  We are with our children every step of the way to make sure we can help them overcome any challenges they face.  We also know that poverty cannot be eliminated unless the girl child is educated.  Girls face enormous barriers to education.  We cannot underestimate the importance of the girl child being educated.

We do all this because we passionately believe that children’s education in Kenya and beyond is the only long-term, sustainable solution to poverty.  It is the solution that fixes all the other problems.

Weiss Scholarship Foundation: A Proven Business Model

We are now ready to scale this model to help many more children.  We want to be a key part in creating a world where EVERY child gets a great education.  (YES. We think BIG!)  Our mission is to become an enduring foundation that will last until this problem is solved.

To accomplish this, we need to keep getting all the wonderful kinds of donations we have been getting since we started this.  However, we also need to find people, foundations and companies who are willing to make a serious investment in WSF to help us reach these goals.  We are talking about investments of $20,000 and up.

So, I reach out asking if you can help connect us to people, foundations and companies who might be willing to make such an investment.  These will be people who want to make part of their “purpose” creating a world where children are educated so we can end poverty and have peace.

If you can help, please contact me.

Asante Sana
